Our sourcing strategy is simple: “good food sourced locally”, and that includes buying homemade preserves that are produced just 30 metres from our shop in Dunkeld. We stock lots of delicious food from Perthshire and the rest of Scotland and then look for really special fine foods from the rest of the UK and beyond. This approach makes sense to us; it reduces food miles and supports local food producers. As we said it’s a simple strategy. Of course, we haven’t found a Scottish olive oil producer yet but let us know if you know of one!

We are particularly proud of our cheese counters, with their very large range of Scottish cheeses alongside international favourites. Our selection is one of the biggest of any deli in Scotland and we are always happy to help customers choose the perfect cheese, with a taster or two along the way.

Our daytime sandwich menu is a wonder to behold! We have a fantastic range of gourmet sandwich ideas, which can be served in a variety of ways - as a wonderful salad, wrap or freshly baked baguette, and of course we have a great range of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. To add to that we are fully licensed, so you can enjoy a wee glass of wine or a tasty Scottish craft beer with your lunch.

We of course have high chairs for wee ones. We love our four-legged friends, and are delighted to allow dogs if they are accompanied by well-behaved owners.
