Before adding a product to the cart customers are required to specify a preferred delivery date. Please note that we are unable to proccess any order in less than 48 hours.

UK Deliveries

Normally, we deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays. As products require refrigeration, we send out on a next day basis via either FedEx or Parcel Force Worldwide. Once the package leaves us we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery which may be caused by bad weather, road traffic incidents or courier misdemeanours.

For orders of £100.00 or over, UK Delivery is free.

Other areas of the UK

In some cases Next Day Delivery is not possible due to Geographical Location. These include the following Post Codes:

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Isle of Scilly – Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25. This is a 2-3 day service.

Where products are being sent on a 2-3 day service extra ice is used.

International Deliveries

International deliveries will only be dispatched on a Monday. These are carried out by Parcel Force Worldwide and are made within 5-7 working days – only the “Scottish Roots Hamper” can be sent.

For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.
